It was colder than we hoped even though the heater was set on high. The heater makes a very loud clinking sound that woke us up or kept us up at night while the home was quiet. I recommend ear plugs for the noise that the heater makes for those sensitive to sounds while sleeping.
The unit displays photos of a grill but when asked about its availability to use, we were told there is not a grill in the unit even though there was a grill present both in person and in the photos. After that, communication became less professional.
We didn’t know we had to bring our own firewood, as the home had only 2 logs for us to use and we didn’t find a lighter to light the fire. Again, as we requested small items, responses were not professional but our overall stay was great."
