This was our first mountain trip with our baby and the house worked really well for us. There were toys available and sleds in the garage, which made his first time in the snow easy and fun.
Important note: Apple Maps will take you to the wrong road. We arrived during heavy snowpack and missed the turn because there’s a small tree partially blocking the bear marker that indicates where to turn. We contacted the host and they were very responsive and helped us immediately. Once we had the correct directions, no issues.
Also worth noting for families — I reached out beforehand about a pack and play and was told there wasn’t one (they provided rental suggestions), but there actually was one at the house.
