Super communicative rental team, notified us of the washer being inoperable but didn’t impact our stay. <br/>Could-be-betters: had to reach out to get the WiFi information, rather than it being provided. Living room couch is a fold out couch, but not mentioned as such, resulting in us spending time and money to buy another mattress (not a big deal, but could have saved time and money). Directions to access are mostly clear, but could use some details (there are two lockboxes, the one you use is the top one).  Guest room TV apps mostly wouldn’t load, and main room TV wouldn’t work unless we used guest room remote. <br/>Not the fault of the owners, but the HOA: no parking enforcement, had to deal with someone parking in front of the garage access.
