It’s just a short 5-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes, so you’re close to everything but just outside the hustle and bustle. You’ll love the private hot tub and large deck with mountain views!

Inside, there’s a huge two-story river rock fireplace surrounded by comfortable leather seating. There’s also a TV room and a theater room. The kitchen is spacious and features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear needed to whip up delicious meals for your hungry crew. There’s a dining room table with room for six and another high-top table.
 
There’s also a two-car garage, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a two-car garage so you can keep the cars warm and dry year-round. There were several full & empty liquor bottles in the backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped but all the pot handles are very loose & pose a hazard.
