And this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1057 sq. ft. premium townhome is the perfect retreat for seven guests; it’s great for two couples to share too! The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the patio with an outdoor dining table overlooking the pool area. Stainless-steel appliances and large granite counters in the full kitchen provide plenty of space for cooking when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options. There’s seating for six at the dining table and three more at the counter.

You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. Other amenities include a private one-car garage, a stackable washer & dryer located in entry way closet, a private gas grill, shuttle service, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
